Empowering Youth Through Soft and Entrepreneurial Skills

The project started on 01.09.2024 and will finish on 31.08.2026. It is coordinated by Group Moraru sàrl/ Languages.lu and conducted in partnership with Asociatia X-plorator from Sibiu, Romania. It is aimed at:
1. strengthening the employability of 20 young migrant women to Luxembourg who don't have a good level in English and/or French, in a challenging multilingual environment such as Luxembourg,
2. improving participants' soft skills and entrepreneurial skills through training workshops and an entrepreneurial project, get them recognized and certified,
3. increasing the engagement of 20 migrant women in the local communities, their integration and feeling of belonging, through enabling them to initiate and manage a social entrepreneurial or volunteering project for a non profit association, with the support from a mentor who is a known business leader, become empowered and encouraged to take charge of their own lives because they will have build a small professional network, acquired more skills and ultimately have more career choices.

Presentation of the Erasmus Plus "YouthPower" project and how it can help participants enhance their employability, their self-love and confidence as part of their personal and professional development

Group Coaching Sessions - choose between 1 and 2
1) Self-Reflection and Goal Setting: Participants can engage in guided exercises to identify their strengths, passions, and areas for growth. This can help them set personal and professional goals.
2) Building a Positive Self-Image: Focus on techniques for overcoming self-doubt and negative self-talk, encouraging participants to celebrate their achievements.
